At RejuvaCare, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
